This multi-Service tactics, techniques, and procedures (MTTP) publication for joint air traffic control (JATC) is a single source, descriptive reference guide to ensure standard procedures, employment, and Service relationships are used during all phases of air traffic control (ATC) operations. It also outlines how to synchronize and integrate JATC capabilities.  This MTTP publication supports planners and warfighters by establishing tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) for JATC, outlining its employment in a joint environment, and identifying specific Service ATC capabilities and limitations. This publication specifically addresses Service ATC doctrine, planning considerations, procedures, forces, and capabilities.
