U.S. Marines and Philippine Airmen compare different methods on how to set up a range card during a subject matter expert exchange as part of exercise KAMANDAG 3 at Colonel Ernesto P. Ravina Air Base, Philippines, Oct. 9, 2019. KAMANDAG is a routine training exercise that advances military modernization and capability development through SMEEs. KAMANDAG 3 is a Philippine-led, bilateral exercise with participation from Japan.
