Civil affairs Marines with 4th Civil Affairs Group, along with members of the Advanced Coordination Element for Operation Continuing Promise 2015, tour medical and community relations sites on July 26, 2015. Operation Continuing Promise is a mission in which the United States military works with host nations to provide humanitarian assistance and execute civil-military operations alongside various partner nations within the Caribbean and Central and South America. During the tour we speak to U.S. Navy Captain William Todd, ACE team surgeon, and GySgt. Jason Burke, civil affairs team member.
