Sailors teach Philippine children preventive health measures during PHIBLEX 2015

Sailors with 3rd Marine Logistics Group participate in cooperative health engagement (CHE) with local Filipino students as part of Amphibious Landing Exercise 2015 (PHIBLEX 15). The CHE teaches the Philippine community various preventive health measures. The Sailors gave out various supplies, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, hand sanitizer and notebooks. PHIBLEX 15 is an annual, bilateral exercise conducted with the Armed Forces of the Philippines in order to strengthen our interoperability and working relationship across a wide range of military operations from disaster relief, to complex expeditionary operations.
