Wheeler, an Offshore Petroleum Distribution Ship, deploy an OPDS pipeline to U.S. and Korean service members positioned on the beaches of Pohang, South Korea, March 14, 2016. The pipeline serves as a demonstration of the USNS Wheeler’s capability to resupply troops from the sea during Exercise Ssang Yong 2016.
