U.S. Marines and sailors paint, repair and garden Malabanias Integrated School in Pampanga, Angeles City, Philippines, Oct. 6, 2016. The service members were participating in Philippine Amphibious Exercise Landing 33 (PHIBLEX). PHIBLEX is an annual U.S.-Philippine military bilateral exercise that combines amphibious landing and live-fire training with humanitarian civic assistance efforts to strengthen interoperability and working relationships.
