The U.S. Navy and Sri Lanka Navy came together for Sri Lanka Health Engagement 17 at Naval Base Welisara, from Sept. 11 to Sept. 22, 2017. Together, they exchanged and practiced essential basic life-saving skills to build a stronger relationship between the two forces and to enhance medical readiness in any given situation.
