Navy Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Ralph Bellamour, talks about basic life-saving skills taught at the Combat Lifesaver Course at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 1, 2017. Bellamour, from Port-au-Prince, Haiti, is a tactical combat casualty care instructor with the Tactical Medical Simulation Center, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force. Bellamour describes his experience as a first responder during the 2010 Haiti earthquake and how it influenced his decision to join the Navy.
