Dynamic Warm-upMuscle ActivationPreparation:The Marine will start in the standing position with feet hip width apart.Execution:The Marine will step out with one leg and drop the hips toward the deck, keeping the rear leg straight, front knee behind the toe, and the front foot flat. They will place the opposite hand of the leg going forward flat on the deck. The Marine will bring the other elbow inside of the lunged knee. They will return to the starting position then repeat with the opposite leg.Common Mistakes: - Turning in the upper back - Not keeping the back leg long
