They will have the band under their feet and the other end up across the back of their shoulders, not on the neck.Execution:The Marine will unlock their knees and hinge at the hips. They will keep the back flat and the core engaged. Once the hips stop traveling back and max load is felt in the hamstrings and glutes, the Marine will return to the starting position. Common Mistakes: - Rounding of the back - Too much bending of the knees - Keep bending over even after the hips stop moving
