Gunnery Sgt. Justin Gates introduces the monthly fitness challenge for the month of November. Service members are challenged to complete six rounds of six barbell thrusters and six fifty-yard sprints in a total of six minutes; all followed by one repetition maximum of any of the three lifts demonstrated.
